Investigations
Investigations use the skill of an effective, independent investigator to uncover the truth about conflict or alleged misconduct, including sexual harassment, bullying, theft and fraud. These problems are sensitive and complex, so the process must be procedurally fair and legally defensible.
Interviews are conducted with all parties to find facts about occurrences, events, behaviour and conduct within the organisation. These findings are compiled into a report, allowing informed and necessary decisions to be made. Suggestions for integration back into the workplace or moving forward can also be provided, and issues around policy and breach of legislation can be addressed.

Establishing the facts
External facilitators are trained to conduct impartial, objective investigations in which all parties are treated fairly. Through an established, effective and efficient process, risks are minimised and outcomes maximised. Most importantly, the report provides an independent, sound and reasoned basis for making decisions. Advice on strategies for improving working relationships after the investigation can also be provided.
